Olympia Development Group Announces Opening of The Pointe at Lithia Springs 

- Retail/office complex is among developer’s diverse real estate projects in Atlanta market -

Marietta, Ga. (Jan.12, 2005) – Retail businesses are opening and offices are now occupied at The Pointe at Lithia Springs, an upscale retail and office complex at the corner of Thornton Road and Maxham Road in Lithia Springs.

Designed and developed by Olympia Development Group, a commercial real estate development company with offices in Marietta, Georgia and Tampa Bay, Florida, The Pointe at Lithia Springs features a two level building designed to maximize access and parking on both elevations.  

Anchored by a Walgreens, Applebee’s and Sonic, The Pointe at Lithia Springs adds 44,000 square feet of retail and office space in this western metro Atlanta suburb. 

With this project, Olympia Development Group has completed its second shopping center development in the greater Atlanta area, along with eight stand-alone Walgreens sites.  The Pointe at Lithia Springs joins The Pointe at West Cobb, a 20,000 square foot retail center in Marietta.  In addition to  these projects, Olympia is developing The Summit at Lost Mountain, an upscale residential community in West Cobb County, with 52 mountainside and summit lots that will offer exceptional privacy and spectacular views.
